Welcome to we1win99 (hereinafter referred to as "we1win99", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the we1win99 online gaming platform, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available via the domain we1win99.cam and any related sub-domains or mobile applications.

• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of we1win99 or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of any such person.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading in any material respect.

Each Player is permitted to maintain a maximum of one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). we1win99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players: FPX bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT.

we1win99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal).
• A maximum bet limit applies while bonus funds are active — typically capped at RM250–RM500 per bet. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute 10–20% or be excluded entirely.
• Bonuses carry an expiry period — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Sticky (non-cashable) bonuses are deducted from the withdrawal balance at cashout; only net winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or pattern betting designed to exploit promotions, will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
• we1win99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games on the Platform are governed by published rules specific to each game type. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, we1win99 will apply its best efforts to resolve the outcome fairly. In cases where a fair resolution is not determinable, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or a pseudonym.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing a third party to use your account, including sharing login credentials with another person.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at Platform staff or other Players.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game mechanics, and databases, is the exclusive intellectual property of we1win99 or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the Platform without the express prior written consent of we1win99. Any unauthorised use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we1win99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

we1win99's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. we1win99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

we1win99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of player protection tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available free of charge to all registered Players via the account settings panel.

Players who elect to self-exclude must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts, using third-party accounts, or accessing the Platform by other means. Any attempt to bypass a self-exclusion will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal from a payment provider linked to the account.
• A Player's request to close their own account, including self-exclusion requests.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable AML and KYC compliance checks.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we1win99 holds its international gaming licence.

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
